Prices are per week, inclusive costs of energy, exclusive tourist tax (€1,50 /person older than 18/night)
End of stay-cleaning (obligated) €60,--
Changing day (in peak season) is Saturday. Arrival after4 pm and departure at before10 am.
Out of season the gites are available at a daily rate, minimum stay 4 days, changing day is never on a Sunday
Gites will be fully cleaned on arrival, from the guests will be expected that they leave the gîte in a proper condition.
Cot and high-char are available on request
A dog is allowed after written permission of the owner
Options:
Bath linen € 9,-- per person per stay (not for use at pool)
bed linen € 4,-- per person per stay
Firewood (barrel) €15,-- (only out of season)
Booking:
Provisional bookings may be made by telephone or e-mail and will be held for max 5 days pending receipt of 30% deposit, which is non refundable
Balance is payable 30 days before commencement of your stay
